The 'tooth of the white dragon', as it is called in its Chinese homeland, has been used there since
cultivated for over 2000 years. He only came to Central Europe after many long detours - against
Late 19th century - over America.
The original illustration on which the print is based was created by hand in graphite / watercolor.
